What are the conference dates?
November 6th – 9th. Full Days of Keynotes, Sessions, and Networking take place on the 7th and 8th. We do anticipate a nice welcome cocktail reception on the afternoon of the 6th.

What is included in registration?
The registration for the Solutions Summit includes your access to the Summit (all days) as well as your meals (Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner) on the days of the main event (7th & 8th). Wynne will also be providing a complimentary cocktail hour prior to dinner service each day. It is important to note that Hotel Bookings + Travel are booked separately and not included in the Summit Registration cost.

Is there a session schedule posted anywhere?
Is this a good opportunity for new users to get training?
We would not recommend this conference to train new hires, as many of the sessions will be focused on practical implementation(s) of the software, rather than how to use it.
When can we start making hotel reservations?
Summit Registration is open and the Wynne Systems Summit Hotel Booking link is on our registration page. It is important to note that Hotel Bookings + Travel are booked separately and not included in the Summit Registration cost.
What can we expect from the 2023 Solutions Summit?
The 2023 Wynne Solutions Summit is an experience designed to provide our customers a way to discuss the current climate of the equipment and construction industries, share best practices, network with their peers and see the new products Wynne has released or will be releasing. As our events have only grown each year, we are looking to include more hands-on workshops and roundtables to allow our guests to become active participants.

What is the refund policy?
Refund Policy. Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected]. Wynne shall issue a full refund of your ticket purchase price, minus any discounts or event registration processing fees incurred by Wynne for any cancellation received by Wynne before 11:59 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time October 1st, 2023. No refunds will be issued for any cancellation received by Wynne after this deadline. Wynne is not responsible and will not be held liable for refunds of the following: Delivery charges, Hotel Booking Fees, Transportation, Event Registration Processing Fees from Registration Provider or any additional expenses incurred except for the Solutions Summit Registration. You shall not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchase. It is at Wynne’s discretion on how to remit the refund (check or credit card refund). Discount codes will not be applied retroactively.
